| The Curious Case of Santa Claus (1982) A telling of the legend of St Nick with James Coco as "Santa" and Jon Pertwee as Dr Merryweather the psychiatrist that listens to his story. It always gives me a giggle when the receptionist says "Doctor" to Pertwee's character. A friend I have lost touch with converted my old VHS of this to a DVD. |

| Star Trek: Generations (1994)Considering the pressures the cast and crew were under at the time, (they only had a two week break from finishing the television series) this is a pretty good first installment. And we got, what became my favorite version of the Enterprise, the 'B' introduced. |

| Rogue One (2016)To me, the last Star Wars film. And a really good one, I rank it #3 on my list. |

| Deep Space Nine - Prophecy (1995) A really nice story that explores the Bajoran prophecies, and how they can be misinterpreted. A bit like Nostradamus's quatrains. All of the story lines fit together and keep you involved throughout the entire episode without lagging at all. |

| Doctor Who - The Colony in Space (1971)One of my top five Pertwee stories. I remember when I first saw this on PBS I believe it was the third or fourth story they showed, as the ones with B/W episodes weren't included in the package for PBS stations in the 80's. Of course I had read the Pinnacle/Target adaption first and Malcolm Hulke had a way with fleshing out his characters on the printed page. |

| Star Trek Deep Space Nine - The Die is Cast (1995)Definitely one of my top five episodes of DS9, not just for the amazing space battle, but also the tight script and of course the interrogation of Odo by Garak, showing what he is truly capable of. |

| "To successfully crash a party, you have to look like you belong. You must project confidence. Every detail of this so called Terran Empire must be replicated exactly. Wherever we may fall short, we have to get creative. Our very survival relies on our ability to maintain this cover... no matter what. We are now the ISS Discovery." | Just finished re-watching the first season of Discovery. Once you see the whole season through, it makes sense of why some things are the way they are. But, to make a mutineer as the hero of a series is not what I would consider to be a positive role model for all the social justice warriors of the world. |

| Silent Running (1972)A really under appreciated film. A story that acts as a warning to what could still come to pass if humanity doesn't starting taking better care of this world. |

| Doctor Who - Planet of Fire (1983) Having survived a snowstorm and frigid temps this past weekend, I decided to watch the special edition that was released in 2009. |

| 2010: The Year We Make Contact (1984)Saw this in the theater and thought it was pretty good. The Blu-ray transfer could have been done a bit better in my opinion, but it is a budget release, and those never have money spent on them. |

| Transformers 5 - The Last Knight
I went in with low expectations. I still feel cheated out of $3.00 for this Blu-Ray. Not sure how Anthony Hopkins has fallen on such hard times that he needed to take this role. In fact, not sure how the whole of the British Isles was not offended by this film. |

| Star Trek Discovery - New Eden (2019) WOW! just, WOW! THIS is what Discovery should have been from day 1! Absolutely enjoyed this episode like I enjoy Westworld, and Jacob would be an amazing addition to the crew! |

| I'm watching the "Behind the Sofa" things from the Peter Davison blu-rays. I don't like watching it when Mark and Sophie are on. They can't seem to follow the plot. I'm on The Visitation right now and they are confusing the Teralaptils (sorry for the spelling) with the Silurians. |
