Well that sanitizes that particularlly horrific scene which has zero bearing what-so-ever since not more then 10 minutes later they're using the transporter to beam up the man with a rational fear of transporters.

Yeah, I remember reading the novelization and being even more horrified than the movie... quite a nasty description for a kid. The author made up for it later by describing Ilia coming out of the shower naked.

And the violence by V'jer continues on the back of the Happy Meal boxes

I like how they let you know Spock is the smart one by giving him a thought balloon.

A cool book and nice presentation. The reporter whose article was quoted about Khan in 1990's is listed as Sarah Jane Smith! LOL. I am just getting to the Romulan War and it really makes me wish that "Enterprise" had lasted for 3 more years so we could have seen the war.

I went to the comic store today to pick up Doctor Who: Prisoners of Time, and my Klingon Bird of Prey had arrived!!!! Awesome ship, looks amazing next to the movie Enterprises from AA.

I keep seeing GIFs of "I am better" "At what?" "Everything" on Tumblr, and I'm just thinking "Isn't that what an eight year old kid might say?"

Or someone who writes like an 8 year old. I have a bad feeling....oops,wrong franchise....

Or it's just a random bit of dialogue that is taken out of context.

It's not like that boring superman trope hasn't been touted before. Miranda in Mass Effect 2, for example.

I had a notice that a Future Enterprise D I ordered was in,but I cancelled it,because I really don't want it anymore.

I always liked that design of the Enterprise myself.

I guess I was wrong about thinking Marvel provided the artwork for those Happy Meals. If flames be spurtin', that artwork had to have come from Gold Key.

They are made of paper, the same stuff that those large envelopes are made of. Not manila, but that more pulpy stuff. They are pretty sweet.

Yeah, that aged out-of-work Actor really showed Abrams by giving him a scolding in a magazine interview. That'll show 'em.
