Big Chief products

According to Big Chief, The 4th Doctor was supposed to be out in September. So shouldn't those be on a boat now? Another company got the unreleased Eaglemoss stock, so has anyone heard of another company acquiring BCS's finished stock?

I would take any release dates that BCS gave with a huge grain of salt.

The definitive Fourth Doctor never went into production. So there is no stock for any company to purchase. It would appear that Big Chief made the one prototype of the Fourth Doctor and took payments for it, but did not actually manufacture it. It was a scam all along. Perhaps they thought if they ever got out of debt they could get it into production, but I doubt it.

You can buy the costume from Gee Whiz customs at $650 plus $95 shipping (and a 4% handling fee). They created all of Big Chief's costumes. However, the Fourth Doctor costume shown on the prototype has been available for a year or more from Gee Whiz. So Big Chief didn't appear to have paid them for exclusive rights to manufacture it.

I got the Eleventh Doctor reissue figure in a GREAT sale for under $100, and I kinda like him!  Also, surprisingly, I kinda prefer displaying him with the fez...!



I do like the regular hairpiece, too.
