Rumours coming out of the DW Press Release.

Their are some rumors floating around that the trailers and press releases for the new season are going to show the Daleks and that they'll be returning in Series 6.

I don't mind as i have always loved the Daleks and the new ones are so scary and amazing in one.

What do you guys think?

Apparently Steven Moffat has confirmed a new companion next year, but hasn't said it Amy and Rory are leaving.

Apparently their is going to be a Billie Piper cameo in "Lets kill hitler"

Last I heard Daleks were taking a break.

I would be very surprised if the Daleks didn't turn up considering that the BBC has already paid the Nation estate for the right to use them. I still like the Daleks, but I definitely welcome the break from them more.

I did hear a lot of people wanted them to take a break. I don't know if it'll be a big part or a small part. Maybe they'll be Kovarians army or they'll just be in a flash back.

Well apparently Steven did say you'll see the daleks in the Trailer this week thats coming out. It'll be a Series 6B trailer.

Only Moffat also said in another press release sometime ago that the Daleks wouldn't be in series 6, so unless he was messing with our minds AGAIN then I am awfully confused.

To see the Daleks again could be cool... I'm sort of bored of them now though, I think they're highly over used (especially in the RTD era). It's gunna take a long break from not seeing them to make me appreciate them again.

However, I am excited to see the new Paradigm Daleks at full extent. I want to see them in their thousands destroying Earth etc.... But not for a while yet, is what I mean.

And what's this Rose cameo? Sounds awesome if you ask me! Rose FTW!

As for the Ponds, I just hope they don't get killed off.

2. The opening shot is similar to one in series 5, but not for long!
3. There may be someone new taking a trip in the TARDIS…
4. The Doctor’s fame has spread even further, but not everyone is as hostile as the Clerics.
5. We find out why the Titanic sank.
6. Alex Kingston steals some clothes. And most of the scenes she’s in.
7. Some familiar faces are glimpsed, and they don’t make the Doctor happy.
8. The Beano may have been the inspiration for one plot thread!
9. The Doctor’s death is a fixed point in time, apparently.
10. Remember, the Doctor lies. And so does Steven Moffat.
11. Cameo appearances from Billie Piper, Catherine Tate, and Freema Agyeman
12 Daleks see in a preview but maybe not let's kill hitler.


Now i don't believe any of these are confirmed. For they are rumors. Mostly because Moffat lies a lot!

Are these all for this one episode or the whole series? Either way, sounds very cool!

this would have been true in the rtd era, but moffat says "time can be rewritten" (makes me puke). this will be changed, trust me.

I could see this as something Moffat would do though. RTD could not write himself out of the doctor getting killed.

The thing is, if time is not rewritten then the simplicity is that this franchise dies here and now. If time is not altered then the Doctor stays dead, and boy if that happens I'll be MORE than angry!

It's lucky though, because I know this wouldn't be the case. Series 7 has been confirmed and so had the 50th anniversary special.

Who says that when the Doctor gets killed it's really the Doctor?

I'm thinking the same thing. Though someone said the Ganger Doctor died. I don't believe them.

In the current ad on BBCA the patchlady speaks her little thing about the Impossible Astronaut killing the Timelord... and then it cuts to The Doctor with a smile saying, "Haven't you figured that one out yet?"

I'm pretty convinced that we see the ganger Doctor get killed. I just watched The Almost People again recently and just before the end the Doctor tells his ganger that his molecular structure could survive what was coming. I believe the ganger does survive and then gets killed by the impossible astronaut. How the Doctor reconnects with the ganger is a mystery to me though.
