Sarah Jane Adventures Series 4!

Strange that the Series 3 DVDs won't be out before Series 4 airs (e.g., in Region 2 - I don't bother waiting for the Region 1 release).

There's a clip from Death of the Doctor posted on Blogtor Who. Let's just say it feels like classic Who with the new aliens being introed.

They look unbelievable cheesy and laughable

I quite like the vulture aliens (the Shanseeth?) they look cool with a hint of Classic Who.

Looks awesome, can't wait! Nice to hear Jo's voice sounds the same. And I like the monsters, very "Dark Crystal".

Not sure about the birds....

But Jo and Sarah! TOGETHER! Jon would be proud of his girls!

I'm guessing it will be close to the last doctor episodes where part 1 will end with the characters in trouble and the doctor showing up, then staying for all of the 2nd part

Kind of like David Tennant's appearance last year...

The Doctor's appearance this year is an afterthought to me. I wouldn't care if he was only in it for 5 seconds.

I just saw the clip and for some reason I was reminded of The Dark Crystal. Still cool seeing Jo and Sarah Jane. Perhaps next year they can bring back Liz Shaw too.

I was kind of hoping that that topic would be addressed dramatically in the 50th anniversary special/episodes/whatever will be planned

Granted, "Tongue in Cheek" way might mean its barely addressed at all, saving the big reveal for the mainstay Doctor Who.

At the same time, SJA is essentially Nostalgia Headquarters for Classic Who. Maybe they figured the issue of the Doctor's regenerations is better handled by the show that's carrying the Classic Series' "Torch", as it were.

I think we're all looking forward to the Matt Smith serial, but I watched all of SJA, so I'm quite interested in the whole series.
