I've seen them and words can't express
how good he is.

His colourizations are amazing too.

If you want a real fun romp featuring all Ten Doctors, I'd really recommend The Graphic Novel. Hilarious characterizations and the ability for the Doctors to interact without having to use spliced footage. Not to mention a literal all star cast of characters.

It also contains a gem of a Doctor quote:

<Romana> Talking to yourself is a sign of insanity, Doctor.
<4th Doctor> Insanity? Me? That's Ridiculous! I'm a stabilizing force of the universe!

Part of the reason why Rich's comic work is so good...he's a storyboard illustrator by profession. Notice how his layouts would serve equally well as "staging panels" for a filmed production.
