Hey Whovians,

I was thinking it would be fun and cool to start a poll of what you all think about River Song returning for series 9, if you believe it's true and what your hesitations would be about her with the 12th doctor.

Its true. She has been officially announced to be in the Christmas special.

Can't wait to see her again! NO hesitations at all. I still think of her as being a 10th Doctor character anyhow.

Anytime River returns is a must see. And I cannot wait to see the sparks fly between Capaldi and Kingston.

I have to agree. I know a lot find River irritating, but I really enjoy her unique character and role in the show. I'm really excited to see what she and Capaldi are like together. I can see River remaining pretty much the same, but I can imagine the Doctor being short tempered with her. Sparks shall fly indeed!
