Loved it. Quite fun, really Christmasy without feeling over the top. Easily one of the strongest Christmas Specials we've had. I'd rate it second to "A Christmas Carol." Loved the Alien vibe mixed with Inception. Nick Frost as Santa was a nice touch, too. Jolly, Serious and Ridiculous all at once.

Is Clara the most Christmas Special-ed Companion now?

Amy and Rory got two, "Christmas Carol" and "Widow in the Wardrobe".
Clara now has three, "Snowmen", "Time of the Doctor", "Last Christmas".

But Amy also appears in "Time of the Doctor" so you could say it is a tie.

Steven, Sarah Kingdom, Astrid, Rose, Jackson Lake each have 1. I think Wilf and Donna each have 2, but for different reasons.

I loved it. Great balance of horror and Christmas spirit sappy emotional schlock.
