NECA's 1/4 scale Mayoral Penguin arrived today..!!!  Might be the best of the bunch...

I couldn't be happier with these...!

I picked up the Jakks Pacific 19" Wonder Woman movie figure today from Walmart.  I haven't seen her anywhere else, so I don't know if she's an exclusive there.  I didn't see any markings as such.

Anyway...she's absolutely stunning...

...and comes with a golden lasso for the first time!  Best of all, its a rope and not molded plastic.


She also comes with a removable cloak, which is also quite lovely...


The likeness is MILES better than the BvS one.


I've been stewing for weeks about getting her, and now I'm glad I did.  She's superb!

I got the new Funko Batmobile with Batman and Robin figures today...





I really like the figures...



They sit kinda funny in the car with their rubbery capes...Robin sits better because of his shorter cape.


Pretty nice set.  The wheels roll, but there are no opening doors, hood, or trunk.  Its just a rolling car.

Those do look nice, Robin looks a bit cock-eyed. That Mayoral Penguin is really good.

I got a little lego Batman movie set today myself.

So I picked up a few Bat-goodies last week..

Thanks Sea! This was the Batman I grew up with, so having these in hand brought back some great childhood memories.  I still have a couple of figures to get, and Surf's Up Batman should be here on Thursday..

I LOVE that 12" Wonder Woman. She's sooooooooo muuuuuuuuuch better than the BvS one from last year.

Funny thing is, I don't usually collect figures that size, and I was actually looking for the 6' inch version, which was out of stock (no surprise there). Not wanting to leave empty handed, I looked around a bit more, spotted her and was instantly hooked!

I'm going to swap out the molded lasso for a length of 2mm gold metallic tinsel cord, the gift wrapping stuff. It's woven and looks much better, in my humble opinion.

I got the Jakks BIG-FIGS Tribute Series Batman today and I gotta say, the comic-art inspired paint design is pretty awesome...its like a 3-D Neal Adams Batman figure!!  The window box is very nice, too.



Just amazing.

If Diamond Select Toys continues doing action figures in half-season themed waves of three, I’m predicting/rooting for the following Gotham figures. Series five (“Mad City”) could feature Tabitha Galavan, Jerome, & Mad Hatter. Series six (“Heroes Rise”) would ironically be all villains: Firefly, Fish Mooney, & Ra’s al Ghul. Scarecrow, Professor Pyg, & Solomon Grundy could fill out series seven (“A Dark Knight”). I guess series eight should finally yield Dr. Thompkins, Poison “third time’s the charm?” Ivy, & Lucius Fox. I got the version from Target that comes with exclusive accessories...

...two grenades, two Batarangs, and a grapnel gun with three closed grappling hooks.

The standard edition apparently does not come with any accessories.

I had absolutely NO PLANS on getting him...until I saw how amazing he looks.
