Yesterday at the reception at Buckingham Palace Peter Davison revealed.
He also revealed although he has not filmed scenes for The Day of the Doctor but he has made a mystery treat for fans that will be released to coincide with the episode.
He said: “I am in something which will be available which a few of us have been working on.
“I may well be in the 50th (anniversary episode) in terms of clips.”

I'd be incredibly disappointed if the classic Doctors were not included in the 50th special in some way.
