I am not sure where to post this because it is very loosely linked to Doctor Who but I wanted to bring this to the forums attention because I think its pretty interesting.
I was watching the hit British comedy "The Vicar of Dibley" and who should show up at the end - the 12th Doctor Peter Capaldi.
This is from 1996 Christmas Special and he is talking in an English accent... Just shows he can put on the English Accent!

He was on the programme even earlier than that. He was in the episode Songs of Praise from series 1.
