Star Wars Black - 6'' Action Figure Range

Recently got my hands on ROTJ Luke and Chewbacca at last!!
















The collection so far...

I still need to find Vader and that Luke looks awesome.  The only Leia I have is the slave girl, was there another released of her?

I only have X-wing Luke, Han, Chewy and Slave girl Leia.

They're planning a Leia in her Boushh disguise, Ron...

I like that Leia. I hope we get more of her soon.

I am excited about Boushh Leia, but I was really hoping for her ANH outfit next. I'm also surprised at how out of scale the two Leia's are. But, oh well.

Are you guys excited about the Rebels joining the ranks of Black? I am getting the 3.75'' Rebels figures. Love the show. Just not sure if I need them in Black scale, too.

I too was hoping for ANH Leia, or at least her Hoth look from ESB. Something more generic looking of Leia rather than scene specific figures like her Boushh and Slave outfits. That's why I've held off getting her as I'd really just like one definitive version of her. Ah well, I'm sure we'll get one eventually!

As for Ahsoka, she looks great! I still need to get Anakin though if I am to add her to my collection. I don't think I'd buy the whole Rebels team in 6" form, though I am loving the show, but I do think I'd buy Kanan. I really like his character and his design. There's something about a Jedi who uses a blaster most of the time and then brings the lightsaber out only when necessary that seems really cool to me.

In addition to the upcoming Han/Tauntaun set, they're coming out with a Luke/Wampa set as well...!

I've got all the Rebels in 3.75" scale. Not sure I want to get Ahsoka in 6". Smaller scale, definite buy (she's being released in a 2 pack with Vader!!!). Definitely gonna get Kylo Ren in this scale when he is released this fall.

Even though we'll have to wait until 2016, it seems, for much more in the way of 3.75'' Rebels figures, at least we're getting this fine looking two-pack before then:

Yeah...and Luke actually IS "a little short for a Stormtrooper..."

It is awesome that Luke is a bit shorter! I might have to rethink not getting those guys.

I would just REALLY like her to actually have chromed armor. That can be hard to accomplish on hard plastics, but just having silver armor is going to be weird.

Surprised to see Sabine on there! I love her character but I didn't know she was popular enough to get on this list. I'd have thought of any of the Rebels characters that Kanan would make a cooler 6" action figure.

Ahh man, this is hard to choose from...

Hmmm... I bet we'll get Ben and Lando anyway. Same with the Snowtrooper. Revan has no appeal for me. Grevious could be cool but I probably wouldn't pick him up - he's rumoured to be planned already anyway. No interest in a Gammorean either. Probably not going to get any Rebels, apart from maybe Ahsoka, in this format, so no Sabine.

Hmmm... It's between Ben, Lando and the Snowtrooper. I think I'd have more fun posing and taking photos with the Snowtrooper. I'm not sure though, I can imagine some cool poses and shots with Lando and Han, and if I ever do make any comics or videos with these figures then Lando would be a cool part of that.

This post literally took about an hour to make. Quite hard to choose... Looks like it was wasted, too, since Darth Revan is at 40% and Lando is at 7%...

They all seem likely at some point. Personally, I'd probably vote for Sabine. Just to get her a bit faster.

Loved seeing Kanan in 6'' scale! He looks great. The new episode 7 stuff is superb, but I have to say, at $170 and at the huge scale, I can't imagine getting the new Tie Fighter. The cloth tunic on ANH Luke is a bit disappointing. I wish it was sculpted.

Very exciting!!! I'll definitely be getting Luke, and I'll probably get Jango, too. Very tempted by Kanan and Ahsoka. I was just planning on sticking to the key characters of the original trilogy though due to the price of these figures. It may be a temptation I have to overcome... But I do really like these figures.

As for the TIE Fighter, it looks awesome by no way am I going to be able to buy that. Price and size are just insane. I'm not sure I'll buy any of The Force Awakens characters in 6" just yet, but that is subject to change, and may very well do so.

Anyway, very awesome!
