doctor fez

how do i get the fez doctor to stand with the mop?

I have him standing with it right now. His left arm (the one that doesn't hold the sonic or mop) is at his side, while the right arm's forearm is tilted forward a bit, holding the mop with the head of the mop right at the thumbs.

... Where's my camera?
