| Gotta cheat, since I'm limited in selection to what of the classic series I've seen:
William Hartnell An Unearthly Child
Patrick Troughton Tomb of the Cybermen The Five Doctors The Three Doctors
Jon Pertwee Inferno The Three Doctors The Five Doctors
Tom Baker Genesis of the Daleks The Ribos Operation The Armageddon Factor
Colin Baker Revelation of the Daleks
Slyvester McCoy NA
Paul McGann NA
Chris Eccelston The Unquiet Dead The Empty Child Dalek
David Tennant School Reunion Human Nature/Family of Blood (Unlike many two parters, this one felt like one giant episode) Midnight
Really, I could have just as easily said "All of Series Three up to A Sound of Drums. Despite a weak companion, the episodes up to the last two were really, really good.

| Augh! I still haven't seen enough classic Who to say it. But I'll take a shot.
Hartnell: The Daleks Edge of Destruction _(to be filled in later)_
Troughton: Tomb of the Cybermen The Mind Robber The War Games
Pertwee: Spearhead from Space The Silurians The Time Warrior
Tom Baker: Genesis of the Daleks The Hand of Fear City of Death
Davison: Earthshock Caves of the Androzani _(to be filled in later)_
Colin Baker: Really haven't seen enough of him to pick three favorites. The only ones of his I've seen are "Vengeance on Varos" and "The Two Doctors," and if those are his best, then...
McCoy: Same case as with Colin, except this time it was just "The Curse of Fenric."
McGann: I guess you have to say "The TV movie" even if you just enjoy it for the cheese factor and McGann's wonderful performance. As for non-TV appearances, haven't heard enough yet.
Eccleston: The Unquiet Dead The Empty Child/The Doctor Dances Bad Wolf/The Parting of the Ways
Tennant: School Reunion Blink Silence in the Library/Forest of the Dead
Smith (subject to change): The Eleventh Hour The Pandorica Opens/The Big Bang The Doctor's Wife (I got a big soft spot for "The Vampires of Venice" as well, but that's probably more for the writer and Alex Price than Smith...) |

| FIRST: The Aztecs The Time Medler The Ark
SECOND Tomb of the Cybermen The Invasion The War Games
THIRD The Curse of Peladon The Time Warrior The Mutants (I like a lot of Pertwee stories, hard to come up with just three)
FOURTH The Talons of Weng-Chiang Genesis of the Daleks The Horns of Nimon (also a difficult list!)
FIFTH Caves of Androzani Earthshock The Visitation
SIXTH Attack of the Cybermen Vengeance on Varos Terror of the Vervoids (from Trial of a Time Lord) (difficult because he's had much better stories in Big Finish's audio range... "Holy Terror" is outstanding, as is "Jubilee".)
SEVENTH Ghost Light The Curse of Fenric Battlefield Honorable mention: Big Finish's "Night Thoughts"
EIGHTH (for him, I'll count Big Finish entries) The Chimes of Midnight The Zygon Who Fell To Earth The Girl Who Never Was
NINE The Empty Child/The Doctor Dances The Unquiet Dead Father's Day
TEN Waters of Mars Family of Blood/Human Nature Silence In The Library/Forest of the Dead (a CLOSE tie with "Girl In The Fireplace")
ELEVEN Vincent and the Doctor The Doctor's Wife The Beast Below

| I'll give this a try, but it's been several years since I've seen some. And I'll freely admit the list changes depending on what I feel like watching: 1st - The Daleks, The Celestial Toymaker, An Unearthly Child 2nd - The War Games, Tomb of the Cybermen, Evil of the Daleks 3rd - Terror of the Autons, Doctor Who and the Silurians, Death to the Daleks 4th - Terror of the Zygons, Pyramids of Mars, The Hand of Fear 5th - Caves of Androzoni, Earthshock, Enlightenment 6th - Ultimate Foe, Attack of the Cybermen, Terror of the Vervoids 7th - Ghostlight, Remebrance of the Daleks, Greatest Show in the Galaxy 8th - TV Movie 9th - The End of the World, The Parting of the Ways, Father's Day 10th - Turn Left, Blink, Human Nature/The Family of Blood 11th - The Big Bang, The Lodger, A Christmas Carol
Although I did find that I needed to look up the newer Doctors just to remember what they've done. |

It's on DVD though, The Time Warrior is actually Sarah's first episode and introduction to the Whoniverse. |
