| I read some speculation that by using the Confession Dial, the Timelords were just trying to confirm that the person they had was really The Doctor. It makes sense. They are trying to make sure their location is not revealed to their enemies. |

I'm not being cheeky, this is a serious question! Well it wasn't played up like it is now but the Doctor was always on the outside of the Galifreyan bigshots. Since Patrick Troughton's execution,Pertwee's exile to Earth,Colin's Trial,and even sending the Master after him the Timelords have had a desire to reign him in it seems. I don't like the holier than though attitude that the Doctor portrays these days so I can see why the High Council is after him,though I don't like it much. |

I'm not being cheeky, this is a serious question! The Doctor and Clara run in with Ashildr and get her killed, Clara lays a guilt trip on the Doctor, and the Doctor makes a terrible mistake by making Ashildr immortal. Years later Ashildr/Me makes a deal with mysterious strangers who are likely to be the Timelords. Ashildr/Me comes up with a pretty dumb plan and Clara ends up dying. The Doctor is swept away and spends the next billion or so years in prison, but by constantly dying and coming back is constantly got the death of Clara fresh on his mind. The Doctor finally gets out of prison and realizes it was the Timelords who sent that little twit Ashildr/Me after him and managed to get Clara killed. He is rather irked by all this and swears that he is going to conquer the planet and straighten them out stand in it's ruins. I suppose that makes the Doctor the greatest enemy of the current High Council Galifrey.

| This would be better if he becomes the Valeyard and spends the next season as such with other Time Lords hunting him down to put him on Trial. |

| It's not hard my friend because we are purists and would like to see ALL of the Whoverse represented in the show and with substance instead of cheap mentions or poor usage or teases of great characters or ideas.
Give us a decent budget and we could have Who back to greatness in no "time". |
