not quite, this planet has nice blue green tint to it and this really cool military taskforce. And there is this alien that really likes to visit it a lot.

Some don't like the way he tried to make Doctor Who more "scientific". I liked it myself!

I was taking it as a personal opinion on him, now I get it DUUUUH Me!

8. Douglas Adams. Interesting ideas couched in too much "jokiness." I don't see what the big deal is about him. Only "City of Death" is brilliant. Everything else he wrote, "ghost wrote," or interfered with as script editor I could care less for.

(I personally love this writer to death, but not everyone was thrilled with School Reunion and Vampires in Venice.)

I loved school reunion, but most of the last series was crap.

10. Eric Saward. Lots of folks love him or hate him either as writer or as script editor.

In honor of our dear departed Elisabeth Sladen, how about top 10 Sarah Jane Smith stories? They could be either Doctor Who or Sarah Jane Adventures stories.

1. School Reunion. her triumphant, tearful return to Who.

2. Hand of Fear. One of the best departures for a companion. Plus, I always crack up when she jokingly does the 'Eldrad Must Live' bit after she's already been freed from control

3. Enemy of the Bane

Her and the Brig, reunited one last time.

4. The Time Warrior. Sarah Jane's first appearance as the investigative reporter who becomes the Doctor's new companion.

5 K9 and Company OK, not the best story, but without this attempted at a spin off, we would not have K9 in School Reunion or even SJA. It proved that there was life after Doctor Who for the companions.
