Season 26 (McCoy Season Three) Blu-Ray issues?

I just got Season 26 and am having problems with three discs - 4, 6, & 7. They won't play in my laptop or my blu-ray player. Can't even open 6 & 7 on the laptop in explorer.

Anyone else have this issue?

How can I go about getting replacement copies?

They just sent me replacement disks for Tom Baker Season 7 last week. It may take a few weeks for them to get to your request, but they will respond.
