New CO 13th Doctor Figure

Images have been officially released, it seems. No word on whether or not it will be imported to the US. I know Seven20 has their own figure in the works, and I don't know if CO has distribution over here now or not.

Nevertheless, it looks rather nice.

All questions I would like to know the answer to, but regardless, I like this figure. I hope to get it.

Nice, if her face looks something like Ana Paquin's Rogue more than Jodie.

Come to mention it, yes it does have a Rogue resemblance

The only thing I'm disappointed about is they took a step back on the package
I love the box idea cuz I can put the figures back in the boxes

Wait, don't we like mass market? More figures, cheaper figures when they're mass market in all the UK shops. The collector figures may have fancier packaging but that's just because it's so darn expensive to make make 2,000 rather than 20,000.

I will admit I did start leaving some figures in the better looking packages near the end, but I'll happily take more/cheaper figures as a trade off.

I wonder how different the Seven20 version of this figure will look? I wonder if Seven20 will even go ahead and make their own version of this figure for the North American market?

I can't stand that outfit, so I won't be getting a figure of her from CO or 720.

There's been other pictures posted on other forums that show how good the sculpt is. Really great figure.

Hope we get a Kerblam! Man and Kerblam! Teammate action figure.

Might could use it for the base of a Romana custom. That'd be the only use I have for it.

In fairness, how did the Doctor suddenly get a tattoo on his forearm, after the 2nd regenerated into the 3rd? (As seen in the shower in Spearhead from Space!)



Still, I like Jodie as the Doctor, and this figure doesn't look any worse than the last couple of Doctors they've put out, so I'll happily add it to my shelf if I can find it for a reasonable price.

I just hope it's not wildly out of scale... She should be shorter than most of the other Doctors... maybe more in line with 2 or 7.

Do we know that the 2nd Doctor didn't have the tattoo? Or the 4th, etc.? I don't remember.

The TARDIS might have better laser removal technology.

But from a production point of view, the dyed hair could have been dealt with more easily.

I bought it on eBay in April of 2017... "MINIATURE FASHION DOLL DOLLHOUSE GUITAR W STAND NEW 3 & 1/2 INCHES DEEP RED #2" was the listing title. Comes with a strap and a stand. Searching quickly for just 'dollhouse guitar red' on eBay doesn't turn up this particular SG that is the perfect scale with great detail, unfortunately. There are others though - he might look great with a Flying-V . Anyway - keep looking... when someone is selling it, it should look something like this:



Other good keywords are "1:12 scale" or "doll house". There are others out there, but not with the level of detail that this brand (whatever it is) has. Good luck!

Seven20 vs. Character has left us without any figures. Sorry, folks, but Character won't supply us and Seven20 picked someone else to supply.

So, until we hear otherwise, we are stuck.

Well, that makes it really easy to skip the Seven20 figure. If they won't supply WhoNA then I'll just get the Character Options version through back-channels.

I wasn’t going to buy it anyway but that is a real crappy way to do business.To screw over the retailers that have supported Dr Who for YEARS out of selling product to possible fans is another reason to say FU to NU Who.
