| They really screw up orders don't they (Eaglemoss) They botched two of my orders and fixed both of them. Funny thing is they lost an order around thanksgiving and I called them and a week later to the day I called I received a replacement. Now exactly a month later I received another package with the exact same stuff that was lost but it was dated Dec 29, 2016
What is up with this company? |

I've had my problems with them too, from time to time. Nice people, but they can be unreliable as a business. Between this or having to get them from UK sellers or ebay, both of which can be expensive, its really souring me on future issues. I've been waiting for Linx and the black Remembrance Dalek Supreme for a month now from FP. Linx shipped and is god knows where, and after accepting my order being "in stock," the Dalek didn't ship and shows sold out...but is still processing /holding awaiting potential restocks. I kinda wish Eaglemoss would stop making this series so I could quit collecting them without any regrets. Its getting frustrating. |

| Thankfully the seller still had the K1 still listed ...so I bought it and cross referenced my earlier message to him, he apologised and promised to post me the opposites of what I received, so the next arrival should be the Cyberking with the K1 Magazine. Is it my suspicious mind....or was that what he wanted me to do????  |

| Some figures go in and out of stock at certain relaters, Eaglemoss seems to be out of stock on many figures but has them listed as on order. While other retailers in the UK seem to have them in stock for ever but at a much higher price |

| It seems my Linx ordered from FP, which shipped back on December 10th, got lost in the post on its way here from the UK.
They're sending me another one, so hopefully one of them will arrive.
Another reason I'm not enjoying getting these hunting these little buggers down anymore. |
