No mid-season breaks

Just read that they're going to show all of Series 8 in one block. No more mid-season breaks. I say it's about time! I don't like how every show has done this. I've never liked it. So I say Cheers!!!!

I've heard a rumour that Capaldi has found filming 13 episodes all in one go quite tiring and that he might not return for Series 9, so they've said that they'll split Series 9 in two so that it'll give him a break in between. Again, just a rumour I heard from a friend so I have no idea how true it is but if it is true then I'd rather have a mid-season break in order to keep Capaldi than only have him for one season.

Or take a break in filming but hold it back to show all at once. It isn't like they have to wait to see the ratings before commissioning a new series.

Man, he'd have never survived the old show's shooting schedule.   

Colin Baker always says it'd be easy. Let him fill-in for a series or two.

Or even better, Paul McGann for a series or two.
