I just ordered him and Hawkeye from Amazon; they only had one Scarlet With left and $38 was too rich for my blood.... I saw Scarlet Witch the other day. She was a great figure but I don't really colllect most Legends these days. I did pick up Captain Marvel. She makes a really cool figure. |

I found the new ML Scarlet Witch today. She rang up on the receipt as "WITCH." She looks really good, but I've come to loathe her since she denied all responsibility for M-Day. She's taller & skinnier than Wanda is usually drawn & they only painted her pink leotards on her legs. Should I get the rest of Odin's BAF parts or sell them to someone in need? Or should I just keep a disembodied Odin head around for advice? I'm so confused! You can also pop off Wanda's head, leaving only a few easy steps towards a custom Ruby Thursday.

Got some cool Marvel stuff recently! First up is Spider-man 2099, which I thought I'd NEVER find. He's a lot of fun. I got Spider-girl too. Next up is the Marvel Select Hawkeye. Based on his appearance in the Matt Fraction written series, which I love. He's a lot of fun. Next up is the Avengers BAF wave. I got this for the movie figures and the BAF Thanos. Pretty awesome all around. Hulk is HUGE and barely fit in the box. Hellcat and Batroc are okay, but not planning on keeping them. Finally got some more Hot Toys! The Cap Stealth Suit/Steve Rogers pack is great. Now I just need for Sideshow to shop Falcon! And finally, possibly one of my favorite Hot Toys EVER. Star-Lord. It's just such a cool figure. The details are amazing. Gamora is on her way to me as we speak!

Great shots, Jonwes! What's the deal with the 3.75" 'Age of Ultron' figures? I haven't seen any in stores here in the UK and the film is now in theatres. Usually figures are on the shelves months before hand. Have I just not been paying attention? I'm hoping to get my hands on a Scarlett Witch, Quicksilver, and Ultron in the 3.75" scale. I would love to get into the 6" figures but they're just too costly to collect. Plus I already have the 3.75" figures from the first film, so it just makes sense to continue collecting in that scale. Hope I can get my hands on the newbies and add them to my line-up on my shelf!

Thanks Scary! I have bad news for you. The main scale of the AOU figures is 2.5'' this time, like the Guardians of the Galaxy figures.) They are kind of fun, though. I got the Avengers Towers playsets and they are a nice display. Now, they ARE making some 5 POA simplified 3.75'' figures. They aren't of the same quality as Marvel Universe, though.

Yeah, most of those are re-releases with some paint changes. The IM is kind of intriguing because the paint scheme is a bit change from the Mark 42.

The upcoming ML Thundra & Valkyrie and Dr. Strange & Vision are being treated like variant swaps on the packaging (shared names & extra vague bios) even though you need all of them for the Hulkbuster Veronica BAF. http://news.toyark.com/2015/05/12/updated-official-avengers-legends-wave-3-photos-159530

| So I took some time today to try and get caught up on pics. I loved this armor when it debuted in the comics, but held off because I wasn't sure I wanted to pay for another Iron Man. Little did I know that on Mother's Day, they did a sale where it was 20% off, and could get double rewards points... and that pushed me into it. From the comic: And from the film... the Mark 33 Silver Centurion armor: Yes, I am using the stand from my Mark VI. The stand that comes with the Mark XXXIII is TERRIBLE. Ive ordered a regular stand like this one from HK so I can have them all on the same stands. ] Here it is with LEDs, and one of the wrist swords deployed. And another one with the articulated hand and Tony helmet.

Since I was playing with the Centurion, I decided to go through the trouble and put the Mark VI into combat mode, with all the laser and missile launchers deployed.

I decided I wanted an extra Steve Rogers head for my Stealth Suit Captain America, since I'm displaying the Steve figure too, so I got a great custom head and an extra Hot Toys peg for it.

Been playing around with this guy all week and he's really grown on me. Was disappointed in him at first but it's easily the best looking Captain America theyve put out...
