Hartnell's 100th Empty

January 8th is William Hartnell's birthday. While the original Doctor Who passed away at the age of 67 back in 1975, had he lived, today would have been his century mark. While I usually quote source and paste the link for you all to read the original without having to leave WHONA, this time is an exception. There is a very nice write up commemorating the day at the following link.

I loved his portrayal...reminded me of my grumpy grandfather. If it was not for him and Lambert the show would not be here today. Good ol' Bill.

Happy 100th Bill.
There was something very special with him in his role as the Doctor.
Agreed that the show would not be here without him or Lambert.
