Nu Who seams to bring characters back rather quickly. And I think too much time has passed. But, with Georgia's connections to Doctors, you never know! LOL.

As long as David is free to babysit, I am sure she would do it.

You know, I didn't like the character at the start of the episode, but by the end, I was hooked. I was really hoping she would make some sort of appearance (even at the End of Time), but she never did.

Also, seeing as how Moffat doesn't seem to want to bring back RTD character's (Captain Jack, other companions, etc), it seems doubtable. And please, nobody bring up that cheap holographic show they did in Let's kill Hitler.

As the story goes, RTD had written that Jenny died at the end of the episode. Moffat knew he was taking over the show and he asked RTD to change the ending so she lived, in case he wanted to use her later. So it is possible he'll use her one day.

Jack was supposed to appear in A Good Man Goes to War but couldn't due to conflicts with filming Torchwood.
I even suspect that most of River's dialogue in seasons 5 & 6 was originally written for Jack considering how different she seemed in series 4.
