| Have you tried playing them on a computer? Some special features are not fully playable on every DVD player. |

======================================== ...^o^CORVUS^o^ Doctor Who: The Winds of Time Good point here! I assumed that someone had the proper region coding! All my special features work on both the tv and comp, well, when it was working... ~ |

| I use eyeglass cleaner and the little cloth it comes with. You should be able to see if it has finger prints or scratches if you look at it at an angle in light. |

What can I use to do so? Try using a very soft clean cloth, and if that doesn't work, try spraying a tiny bit of glass cleaner on it and cleaning with that. If all else fails, attempt to contact the DVD's publisher. I believe Warner Home Video releases Doctor Who on DVD in the US (might be wrong). The information should be easy to find, and then, if you can't quickly find their support on their website, Google the name of the company with "customer support." If that turns up nothing... Well... |

| Netflix should have them streaming soon, if not already. They currently have all the previous seasons available.
Of course there are other nefarious methods.
The Specials were interesting for me, as they were the first (and only) Doctor Who I've ever owned on Blu Ray. |

OK thanks. The scratches are out but the glitches are still there. I'll try playing them on my computer. |
