Animations and colorizations for 2023

I've been seeing reports relating to an article from The Mirror that the BBC is animating all episodes of "The Smugglers" and the remaining two episodes of "The Underwater Menace" for release in 2023.

Also...they reportedly plan to colorize certain unnamed stories from both the Hartnell and Troughton eras of the series as well.


Still have not seen any official announcement from the BBC.

Cool that someone wants to keep on animating missing stories.

Colorizing the ones they do have? I suppose it is a novelty that I could watch once, but not something I'd be interested in purchasing. I'm half tempted to turn the color down while watching the beautifully restored Mind of Evil just because I always remember that one as black and white.
