| Received my figure today, and wow, how very disappointing. I wasn't expecting anything as good as what we get from CO; however, I also wasn't expecting the extremely subpar quality that it is.

| It sounds like you don't like it as much as the CO figure? Any pics for comparison? Is it just paint apps, articulation, bad sculpting, or something else? |

I much prefer the CO figure. On this figure, the paint apps look sloppy to me, especially the lining of the coat. The face sculpt is not as life-like as that which you would find on the CO figure(s); it's more in the style of a comic book character. There are several loose parts on my figure, particularly both feet (connections to the leg are very loose), both legs at the hip, and the right elbow. The sculpting of the hands is also quite... strange/unique. It makes for getting the figure's sonic screwdriver in either hand somewhat of a challenge (though possible). The figure is also quite small in comparison to other Doctor Who figures, including CO's Thirteenth Doctor. Overall, it's an okay figure, but I just can't bring myself to display it with my other Doctor Who figures; it just doesn't fit in. I will display the figure on a separate shelf with other 'oddball' figures instead.

| It's a perplexing figure. The likeness is terrible and colors all seem wrong (if their gray jacket seems a little better in these photos. I feel like the CO one is a little light.) Also, it seems glossy? |

The figure is very glossy. |

| I don't know if we should even bother carrying them... they're just so... hideous...
What do you think? There is a version with the coat and one without... |

| Is it really that much smaller? Plus the hair is actually yellow. Not blonde, YELLOW. Like a Lego brick.

| Whona, stick with the CO version. At the price point, the seven20 figure just looks bad. Whereas the British one is slightly more expensive, but is beautiful and in scale with our other 5.5 inch figures. |

| Actually, the 7/20 Version looks like it would display well along some of the Titan Comic Book covers of the 13th Doctor... |

| Yikes. Seven20 should have stuck with distributing CO's line I dub that hair color "Simpsons Yellow" The only thing I like about it... and I'm sure my opinion is in the minority with the CO collectors... is the flesh toned plastic. I think if it's done right (not saying 13 there is fantastic, as I don't have one in-hand), it can look better than painted flesh tones. I was a fan of the Jacobi / Simm Master and 10th Doctor "42" space suit figures which had flesh toned plastic. CO went a little glossy with it, but otherwise it made them look a little more "real." |

| I also got mine and was not impressed. But here is the dilemma. If we don't buy/support Seven20s toe dip into the market, they won't create or distribute any new Doctor Who figures in the USA. It really is sad this is the choice we are given. |

| It reminds me of this line that to me seemed more like a cheap gift you give a co-worker when you could not find the Playmates figures, so instead you grabbed a Applause figure to express your appreciation/liking of someone. The ones that really annoyed me in this line were the classic monsters like Gorn and Mugato. They just seemed like the toys you would get from a carnival claw game. |

| Seeing the two Doctors side by side, it's like comparing a Hasbro Marvel Legends figure to one from their six inch "Basic" line. Scarlet Witch is a good example, note the bright orange hair and sculpted coat on the Basic figure: |
