A bit too forced funny for my taste.The Prologue was much better.

At least now the title of the episode made sense.

Additionally, I wish this had been played right into the episode last night. I realize for those that didn't watch it (moreso than the prologue) the whole medieval plot line / location just seems bizarre and arbitrary. Why there. Why revels. What was he doing there. etc. ... I mean, the whole episode would have been a mindf@ck for a new viewer, but this explained a good little bit very nicely. Unlike the Prologue that was more like a 'deleted scene' that wasn't actually that important.

My son and I both went crazy for this upon the reveal.

I liked the other prologue much more. It was atmospheric & had great dialogue. This one didn't really add any context to why the Doctor was there. It was goof fun but still felt superfluous.

This one didn't add any context to the plot, but did help explain what the heck was going on with the "ax battle" in the episode itself. Something didn't quite make sense with the proper episode as this must have been cut for time/tone.

Still don't understand where the tank came from or why the Doctor would leave it with those folks. We rarely see the TARDIS materialize around something bigger and then drop it off. All for a fish joke.

But what a fish joke!
