Actually, there is a photo of Tom at an awards ceremony in the 70's, where he looks uncannily like that!

| Thanks, guys! Whoozier made the Pertwee figure, as shown in the first post here. As for Tom, it just came to me in a flash that Tom's head would look cool on the Jon body, so I popped it on and voila! The Tom neck fits surprisingly snug in the Jon collar even without a peg holding it in place. |
