Nicholas Courtney did not age too well. You can barely recognize him although his voice is still pretty much the same.

oh she is still alive...looking fabuous and snooty as ever. She is too good of a character to kill off...maybe she escaped Gallifrey and will come back some day to tell the Doctor how much smarter she is than him. We really do not truly know her fate...the timelords they all died ya da yada...well the master came back...why not her?
