80s Fundraiser Madness :)

Back in the early days of US Doctor Who fandom in the 1980s, the two fan groups in New Jersey, The Jersey Jagaroth and the Prydonians of Prynceton, were often called upon to man the phones during PBS fundraisers. Sadly; that PBS station, New Jersey Network, no longer exists. They did have some amazing guests, tho, and these are a few of the promo pieces they did.

Also, back in 1987 New Jersey Network did a special with Terry Nation called "Doctor Who - Then and Now". In one segment they filmed at a Jersey Jagaroth meeting and filmed fan questions to be asked of Terry Nation later. This face looks so darn familiar...but with less gray and less weight
