This Thanksgiving "pilgrim hat" cookie idea showed up in my Facebook feed yesterday. I thought that with a little tweeking, these would be cool for a Doctor Who viewing party. Fourth Doctor fedoras. It's just an upside down fudge stripe cookie with a peanut butter cup on top and some frosting to hold them together.
