Pretty meh trailer, IMO. It felt quite rushed. But there were a few things I liked.
Here's my full opinions and breakdown of the trailer:
However, I just saw the second trailer which was released tonight, which was much cooler and better done! I'm a bit more excited now!

"Great men are forged by fire. It is the privilege of lesser men to light the flame."
Love that line.

Yes, the second trailer is better! I am excited. So, it looks like someone has caused the "Moment" we have heard about to end the time war.......

Oh, Scary, could the ships be Dalek warships of some type? They almost look like the Emperor Dalek.

I noticed afterwards that there are Daleks piloting them, so they must be Dalek warships. Pretty cool! Some people are actually calling them "Dalek Spiders" which is... Interesting.

My speculations?
Rose is from A Parting of Ways - after taking in the Time Vortex (Thus becoming "Bad Wolf") but prior to her arrival to save Nine.
Ten is somewhere between Journey's End and The End of Time. Personally I put it in the time between The Waters of Mars and The End of Time because his arrival on the Ood Homeworld specifically mentions Elizabeth I, whom we know is in this story.
It could also be the reason Ten seems to be grilling Eleven on his future. "For once, I'd like to know where I'm going." "No, you really don't!" Also would explain his melancholy in the final adventure and how he was so certain he was going to die soon. He'd met his "replacement".

Rust, you are reading my mind. I was thinking the very things when I saw the eyes and that QE1 was in the special. It also explains why Rose hasn't been seen with 10 and 11 in the pictures, but Clara has.

Oh em gee.
Rose wanted to save the Doctor when she looked into the Heart of the TARDIS. What if the TARDIS...took her literally? It didn't bring her to Nine...it brought her to the Hurt incarnation, the man whom future versions deny.

A simpler explanation for Rose and 10 is that its not 10 with two hearts but, 10 with one heart. The walls between dimensions has once again failed.

Alternate Reality Rose and Metacrisis Doctor is "Simpler" then Rose and Ten from different time periods where both had access to the TARDIS?
That also doesn't explain how Metacrisis Doctor ends up in the time of Elizabeth I and Rose is in the Time War with Hurt.

Having the walls, between dimensions, is simpler. The last "person" who wanted "all of reality" destroyed was Davos. The usual plot device is the "Davos escapes ....". Having another "timey winey bubble" plot is not out of the question.
My opinion (no proof): Davos escapes. Davos rebuilds Davos breaks the time wall The Silence is Davos River Song is the one who blows up the TARDIS (still under the influence of being brain washed) The "Doctor" steals Roy's car The "Doctor" establishes "the Alliance" Nobody Dies Today
A bizarre plot is: This is another "Dream Lord" episode -> We're all having a "communal" nightmare.

Actually, the last one to attempt the destruction of reality was the Time Lords, and that's deliberate.
Journey's End and The End of Time are complimentary pieces because it showcases both sides in the Time War had reached a impasse, with the fate of all creation literally hanging in the balance. Both sides were perfectly willing to blow up all of time and space. It's to show us, the viewers, that ultimately the Doctor had no other choice. Both sides were getting ready to destroy everything.

The Silence are the Time Lords
Yes, the Time Lords can control the TARDIS but, how did the Time Lords get out of the Time Lock

There's one Time Lord who was never bound by any Time Lock.

I thought Omega what to take over the council, hence his previous attempts to get a body (guess who)
Destroying all of reality is an extreme way of taking over.
