Can any one give a list of all the Classic Series Doctor Who figures and sets we were blessed with in 2011.

Thanks.

The Sontaran Experiment
Genesis of the Daleks
Revelation of the Daleks
Destiny of the Daleks
The Time Warrior
The Time Monster
Face of Evil Leela
City of Death
Caves of Androzani
Invasion of Time
Image of the Fendahl
Keeper of Traken

By figure -

1 3rd Doctor
5 4th Doctors
1 5th Doctor
1 6th Doctor
3 Leelas
1 Peri
1 Master (and 1 re-release)
3 Master's Tardis
4 Davros
8 Daleks
3 Sontarans

I believe that's all of them that got a North American release in 2011. What an awesome year!

Wasn't the Peri and Sil set the first or second week of January 2011?

Yup, 15th December 2010 to be precise. I remember it well because UT announced on their Twitter page that they'd be posting a pic of a brand new set at X time and we were all sat there thrashing our F5 key until they tweeted the pic. Cool

That is very odd since I ordered the Peri set within days of arrival at WhoNA. On January 14, 2011 I ordered both the Peri set and the Resurrection of the Daleks. I also made an order on January 9, 2011 so it wasn't in stock until after Jan 9, 2011. WhoNA even lists this set as a 2011 release.

So now the question is "when you ask about 2011, do you mean UK or North America?"

Hmm, I guess the release dates do vary, like some of the current sets are available in the UK now but won't be in the US until after new year.

It works the other way as well, we have had a lot of releases before the UK this year.

Yeah that's true, in fact I think the US have probably had more sets before us than the other way around. Lucky so-and-so's! Razz

The way I look at it is:

It don't matter who gets the sets a few days/weeks before the other as long as we all have the opportunity to get them.

Oh I agree, Ogron, as long as I get my toys, I don't mind! Wink

Thanks Ronpur! I really enjoy seeing everyone else's photos and stuff when the US get the sets first - it makes me want the sets more, then. Razz
