| I usually love pig monsters but they were so bad in this. Tallulah needs to never speak again. It was still slightly better than Shakespeare Code. |

| The pig monsters would have been great if the idea hadn't already been used in season 1. |

| There's no reason for Daleks to even turn people into pig slaves when they had regular people making the Empire State Building for them. They all had identical make-ups and overalls so they weren't fun to watch either. The season 1 Space Pig was adorable. |

| Humans ARE pigs! That's the Dalek side of me stating the obvious (or The Valeyard). |

| I think the use of pig was left to be inferred in this episode. If I'm remembering correctly it's along the lines of most two parters in that all will be explained in the 2nd part. I also think amagon was close to their use. How's that go...THEY are SHVINNNEEE! Not meant as a degradation, just a statement, but this was the first episode supposedly ever written by a woman in the history of Who. Maybe just a poke at a pig? |

| Is this thread covering "Evolution of the Daleks" as well? If not, there's something I want to say that would, to an extent, "spoil" that episode. |

| Patience is a flower that grows not in everyone's garden - Confucius.
No....no, wait...confucius was the behavior displayed by a girl named Patience about flowers...or rather, not getting any...sorry, so sorry.

| What I liked about this episode was that it was in the US. I realize that DW is a British creation and it only makes sense they would center around the UK, but I've always had trouble with it being the intergalatic nexus for every half-brained alien-I'm going to rule the universe-scheme. I hope they continue globe-trotting a little and busting out into the universe no more back to new new new new york!
Was Russel a pig farmer at some point in his life? I don't get the fascination either. |

| The sympathetic hybrid Dalek was handled much better and quicker in "Dalek". |

I don't think that was meant as a hybrid. He was simply "tainted" by human DNA which was what led to his self destruction, since he was no longer "pure". |

| What is wrong with showgirls? Apart from those not being in the figure line? |

| Actually that was a reference to the 1995 debacle that was "Showgirls" the movie which was credited to Joe Eszterhas.
