i have been thinking, and it came to me in a dream the other night. what if there was a Kingdom on Gallifrey?!

That would be cool, but I think it is traditional that Gallifrey has only a President or a Lady President.

really now. i have not been able to get a hole of he old Doctor Who EP's. did he ever explain the history of the people of Gallifrey?

I seem to recall (possibly from a book, not the show) a reference to a pre-Time Lord Gallifreyan Empire.

If there were any kings or queens, then I'm sure Rassilon took care of them when he came into power.

thats the thing! i dont remember! i know i have a few comice somewere about the Doctor but i have know idea if Rassilon is in them!
