Saw it Saturday.

It's gotten mixed reviews... I definitely count myself among the people that didn't like it. To me, it was meh. Not as bad as Quantum, but it's down there.

Very disappointing, that was the film i was most hyped for this year. Now I just have to hope Abrams doesn't mess up Star Wars.

I enjoyed it, but not as good as Skyfall or Casino. I did not like Blofeld's origin, and his connection to Bond, that just seemed very contrived.  But I did like the idea that Spectre has always been around.  Sort of like it was with Dr. No.  I like the use of the supporting cast, and I kept thinking Sherlock was going to come in to stop C for some reason!

Also, our Imax theater broke, so we have free passes to use for the next Imax we go to, which should be Star Wars. We had to move to a regular showing.

A recent pole placed in 19th place (out of 24)

I enjoyed it - I always do....it's BOND!!

However, that being said, it was better than Quantum......and the the latter Moore era!

I think that is way to low, it is easily in my top ten.

I do wonder if Mr. Craig will be back for his 5th movie.

I finally finished my quest to get steelbooks for all the Bond movies that have had one made so far.

No one has commissioned one yet for The Man with the Golden Gun, The Spy Who Loved Me (which is odd considering how popular that one is), Octopussy, A View to a Kill, The Living Daylights, License to Kill, and Tomorrow Never Dies.

Funny how the 80's got completely passed over, too...except 1981's FYEO...which had been done twice.  Apparently no love for Timothy Dalton either.  Only Bond with none.

I got this a few months ago, from "Diamonds are Forever" from Corgi:
