Last night I made a 30 minute loop of the background hum from Star Trek:TNG. Put it on my iPod and fell asleep to it. Anyone have Tardis sfx I could use for a Who version?

You do that and one night you will have that 'falling' dream and it will involve a Radio Telescope in Great Britain!

i actually have a few sound effects. they are low quality. i found them on a doctor who sound effects site a few years ago, but i don't think that site is around anymore. i was making a cd of doctor who stuff, and i was going to put the sound effects in-between the music as sort of bumpers. i have:

materialize
de-materialize
tardis interior stationary

it was also at that site that i got the dead ringers for tom baker, and sylvester mccoy. loved those.

Is this what you're looking for, CJ?

Edit - here's the Dalek background SFX as well. Loop this and drive your family crazy!
