Just saw the news that John Saxon or 'Sador of the Malmori', as I will alway remember him, has passed away. Although he had appeared twice as Dylan Hunt in two Roddenberry TV movies to try to get Earth II as a series, he never appeared in Star Trek proper.
He did have a prolific output in other genre productions including Six Million Dollar Man.

Battle Beyond the Stars later as a tribute to him and then
Airport '77 in honor of Olivia DeHaviland passing also.
