...but here in North America, there are all the second releases of these titles.

I believe you're correct about the "revisitation" moniker with all these releases. Except for the Key to Time season 17. For that set North America got an early "bare bones" release. Almost no special features and just a quick clean-up. And then the UK got the usual full-on remastering and special features for their first release. The fully restored season then showed up back in North America as a "special edition" simply because our first releases wasn't so special.

Ah, yes, I remember that. I sort of lost track in the middle of all that, but the last time I was really current with the DVD range was during the second round of Revisitations. I just didn’t realize they’d done so many!
