When can i watch a DW ep online? I just want to watch one dr 12 ep on my ipad. I cant get i player. Any other way?

There is no free way to watch them legally. In the UK we have BBC iPlayer that's free, but that's only available to British TV license payers. I'm afraid you'll have to pay to watch them online or pay for BBC America, or wait for the DVDs.
